If a thing brings back memories and they aren't happy ones, toss it. If a thing brings back happy memories but it's clutter, give the thing decent last rites and THEN toss it. If a thing brings back happy memories, if there's a really convenient place to keep it that causes you no problems, and if you don't do this way too often, keep it. I will act as the monthly pickup person to take donateable (is that a word?) stuff to the SPCA shop, Goodwill or other charity that your readers vote on.
