#19 Panda triplets

Right now I’m in Washington, D.C. for the inauguration. These came from a previous trip–which explains why the shirts say “Washington, D.C.” (in case it’s too small to read.)
They’re soft. And so am I.
I have a permanent soft spot in my heart for stuffed animals. Especially the ones with a history.
I was very attached to a few of my childhood stuffed animals. My father didn’t realize their significance to me, and he tossed them. The same thing happened to my daughter years later, when her father tossed some of hers. I’m glad to report that we both survived these traumas.
These were acquired when Alli was a little older, and was obsessed with pandas; so a Washington panda was a perfect souvenir of our trip. Naturally, she and her brother couldn’t decide which color shirt to get. And as I said, I’m a softie, too. Which explains why we had triplets.
Poll closes January 23

Welcome to DC! Enjoy the inauguration. I’ll be down there tomorrow too!
Hello, this evening after dinner my son Cooper and I checked our new favorite website and sure enough it finally happened. Coop yelled, “Mom! Can you vote “GIVE IT TO ME!!” Just so you know this is our first post! Anyway, he fell in love with the pandas. I asked him why did he want the pandas, he replied, “to replace the ones you gave to Myai and Mai Lynn.” Yes, I did give them away without asking. Also… I live very close. I could pick them up or my good friend E.K. Shoemaker could deliver.
P.S. Cooper wants me to tell you he has a stuffed animal collection. P.P.S. I’m working my way over for a HUGE thank you for the piece of art you gave me. It’s stunning in my home. I will send a picture very soon.
