Canine collar

Since my son left for college, leaving me with an empty nest, he’s been urging me to get a dog. He thinks I need a companion in addition to our cat.
We live in Carmel, possibly the most dog–friendly town in America. So his suggestion does make sense. What doesn’t make sense is owning the collar before we own the dog.
(dog collar, made in Guatemala, 1 inch wide, for medium-size dog?)

Rocky would be thrilled to have a new collar. His is about 3 years old and its Harley Davidson.. I think Rocky would rather wear that cute collar since he rides around in a MIniVan.. not on the back of a Harley.
