Cluttercast: Wedding album and frame
Today would have been my 31st wedding anniversary. If I had stayed married to my first husband.
After we got divorced I remarried. A few years later, my ex-husband got engaged, and my daughter was very excited to go shopping for a wedding gift– for her dad and her step-mother-to-be.
This set is what she picked out for them–a photo album and picture frame covered in white roses. We wrapped it up so she could bring it to the wedding a few months later.
That was years ago—but she never gave it to them at the wedding. Because there was no wedding.
I always wondered what happens after a wedding that’s cancelled—whether the bride keeps the gifts. In this case, she does. Except I was the wrong bride.

If you would like to have this item, please let me know in a comment. If you know someone else who might like it, I hope you’ll share this and let them know.

This is very pretty. I imagine some newly married bride or bride to be would love it. Good luck in finding the perfect person. I do vote that it goes. What would you need to keep it for? Even if you are a bride again in your lifetime, the memories of this gift would not be what you would want.
Yes, I agree with Cindi; why keep it? I happen to know the perfect young lady for it: Donna, my co-worker. She just announced her engagement today, and she is RADIANT with happiness. Donna is a wonderful person who works to help people with disabilities. She would be so happy to receive this gift.
I think Brenda should get it for her friend Donna.
I would love it because my theme throughout my apt.is roses victorian colors.
Hi, my name is Isabel, and I would like to have this album, because I just love roses.
Just have a question for clarity: are there two Isabels or did one Isabel comment twice? Thanks.
This was intended as a wedding gift so think it’s most appropriate to go along with Brenda and Anna—and give this to Donna. Please email me—DarryleP@gmail.com–the address where I should ship it.
Thanks for your comments.
