Since I’m now giving away so much clutter for free, maybe it’s no big surprise that’s the way I acquired some of my clutter in the first place. Such as:
Exhibit A: For years I used certain brands of makeup only because a free gift came with my purchase, and I would wait to buy what I needed until the free offer came along.
By now I’m cured of that habit, but I still have moments of weakness. The last one was at Nordstrom— a cute tote that came with a whole selection of free samples—everything still wrapped in the plastic it came in.

This is the perfect item to put in our local women’s shelter. Women and children arrive sometimes with just the clothing on their backs. A little makeup would give a woman a sense of home and a little bit of self esteem as they try to rearrange and take control of their lives.
This is a very cute summer bag. I would love to have this bag. I would then pass it on to my son’s girlfriend who is ready to go to fashion school.

Darryle, I’m chuckling because I am trying to break myself of the SAME habit. My closet is filled with Clinique & Lancôme totes! Certainly I don’t need this; I’m writing to give my vote to Ruth, for the women’s shelter.

I am the team mom for my daughters’ softball team (12 & 13 years old). Our team colors are orange and blue. You have no idea how hard it is to find orange bags!!! Please let me win this! It will definitely be put to good Spirit use!!! =)
This would be a great bag to include in my “gift baskets” for seniors. I make quite a few baskets and deliver them to senior citizen centers for their prizes during bingo, bunco and other games. They love the baskets. Thanks.
