Under the Sea and Under the C (clutter)

April 17th, 2009

The Little Mermaid“ first came out when my daughter was around 4 and she got hooked—just like a fish.    She had a Little Mermaid birthday party, slept on Little Mermaid sheets (I’ve still got those someplace), and she collected all the ceramic figurines from the movie.

Unfortunately Ariel and a few other characters perished in the Northridge earthquake that rocked Los Angeles  a few years later.   Flounder and  Sebastian survived  the earthquake and survived abandonment—-and are awaiting rescue.
